These clutches are known for wearing out on the surface where the buttons ride on the towers. We have come up with a solution to smooth out that worn surface and add a stainless steel plate that will not wear out like the softer aluminum material does. This will bring a lot of failed clutches back to life so you can keep on riding your machine. For 2018-2022 Wildcat XX models with TEAM Rapid Response drive clutches only.
This is for the new wear plates and their installation only. If you send in your primary movable sheave cleaned and stripped down there are no extra costs. The return shipping cost for the service of your choice will be added when purchasing online.
If you send us a complete clutch, Tear Down and Reassembly is an additional $115.00.
Dirty clutches that need to be cleaned will have additional charges added at $115.00/hr.
