Over time the stock plastic fan deforms and starts to lose shape. The screw holes start to get egged out, and if they pull through you may end up with a lot of ground up plastic bits in your clutches and belt. These machined aluminum bushings add strength and rigidity to the part so this cannot happen. Note: These bushings may not fit if the fan is already severely deformed. For 2018-2022 models with TEAM clutch only.
