Speedwerx Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy - Effective November 1, 2022

Any distributor, dealer, or other reseller or vendor of new, current Speedwerx products must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) shown in the price list linked above and/or as shown on speedwerx.com when publishing prices in any form of electronic, broadcast, or print media, including but not limited to websites, emails, paid search results and ads, mobile apps, videos, television, radio, catalogs, magazines, newspapers, and flyers. Current products are defined as items with an "A" in the ABC Code column in the price list, items listed at the current retail price on speedwerx.com, and all subsequent new products introduced going forward. This policy does not apply to discontinued, obsolete, closeout, scratch and dent, or used items- discontinued items with new inventory still available for purchase may be noted with a "B" code in the price list and are not subject to the MAP policy. Relabeling or renumbering of items, online methods such as "add to cart to see price" or "click for price" or similar, instant or sitewide discount offers, coupon codes, pop up ads, and any other means of advertisement that express or imply a price lower than MAP or are otherwise intended to circumvent the intent of this policy may not be used unless specifically stated and configured to exclude Speedwerx products. This MAP policy does not apply to in-store pricing or quotations in response to a direct inquiry initiated by a consumer, nor does it set the price at which an item may be sold at or that a specific price must be advertised, only that a Minimum Price be shown if pricing is displayed in any Advertising. MAP holidays as defined by dates posted above allow products to be discounted up to ten percent below the MAP, these dates may be added or changed and will be posted on this page. The MAP on any product is subject to change without notice, but price changes and new products are identifiable by the dates shown in the price list linked above. 

Speedwerx products may not be sold on any third-party website including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Sears Marketplace, and other e-commerce platforms, however this does not include a proprietary website owned and operated by a distributor or dealer provided their registered business name, DBA (if used), physical address of the business, and a phone number and email for customer service are clearly displayed to consumers on a page such as "Contact Us" or "About Us" that is accessible by anyone viewing the website. Only approved distributors may sell Speedwerx products to another vendor for the purposes of resale, dealers are authorized only to sell to the end user. Violations of these policies may result in being deemed an unauthorized reseller, which may lead to temporary or permanent revocation of purchasing privileges from Speedwerx and its distributors, loss of warranty coverage and technical support, and other consequences as determined to be appropriate by Speedwerx. Unauthorized resellers may not use any Speedwerx intellectual property such as logos, trademarks, photos, videos, product names, slogans, descriptions, part numbers, instructions. etc. in any online or physical store or in any advertisement. These policies are not to be construed as an agreement or contract between any party and Speedwerx as no verbal or written assurance of compliance is asked for, rather they are being implemented unilaterally across the Speedwerx distributor and dealer network as a non-negotiable policy. Input from other parties on the administration and maintenance of this policy will not be solicited or accepted, however the policy terms on this page are subject to change at any time without notice beyond updates to this page.
