Venom Products (Team) Borg Warner Hyvo Top Sprocket - 13 Wide - 19T Internal Spline // 2016+ ProCross/ProClimb 2-Stroke

To get optimal performance out of your Arctic Cat, you need to gear it right. We offer a complete lineup of gears to fit your needs. Made of heat treated, case-hardened 8620 high-alloy steel, Venom Products CNC-machined sprockets are made in an ISO 9000 certified facility right here in the USA. These are much stronger than OEM powdered metal gears, so they're great for high horsepower machines or the demanding rider that wants superior durability. With 14% bigger pins than the stock Rexnord chains, torque capacity and longevity is greatly increased by converting 2012-2015 models to the Borg Warner Hyvo chain and sprockets.

13 Wide - 19T Internal Spline Top Sprockets fit most 2016+ ProCross and ProClimb chassis 2-Stroke models. Compatible with only Borg Warner Hyvo 13 Wide Chains- see pic for link style. Some models use a 15 Wide top sprocket and chain with a 13 Wide bottom sprocket- these top sprockets can be used in those applications with a 13 Wide chain. These do not fit 2012+ 4-Stroke models as they use a 33T External Spline top sprocket- see our other listings for the Venom Hyvo top sprockets to fit the 7000/1049cc and 9000/1100cc models, and for OEM Arctic Cat top sprockets to fit the 9000/998cc models. Does not fit 2018+ M 6000/8000 / 2018-2019 XF 8000 HC / 2021+ Riot X 8000, or 2018+ ZR 6000 R SX & XC with hollow jackshaft!

The following Venom Products sprocket combinations can be used with a 90p chain on 2012+ ProCross/ProClimb models or the stock 96p chain on 2017 M 8000 Mountain Cat and all 2018+ M 8000 (requires special top sprocket- see related items). See chart below for other ratios with the 10.16 center distance. Please note all combinations may not be suitable for every application but are shown for comparison purposes only.

Note:  2014+ 7000 models, and most 2016+ models use Borg-Warner Hyvo chain and sprockets- you cannot mix and match Rexnord/Link Belt/Silent and Borg-Warner/Hyvo Chains and Sprockets!  Models with OEM Rexnord Silent Chain and Sprockets may be switched to the stronger Borg Warner Hyvo Chain and Sprockets by installing the complete set. Please refer to the OEM parts diagram or open the chaincase to see what is installed on your machine before ordering- some models use the same chain and sprocket size top and bottom (ex. 13W Chain/13W Top/13W Bottom) and some may have an upsized chain and top sprocket (ex. 15W Chain/15W Top/13W Bottom).
