TEAM Secondary Springs

Venom™ secondary springs control shift rate. Fine-tune your secondary clutch with our springs manufactured to the most exact specifications. A general rule of thumb is if you increase tire size or vehicle weight, you should increase spring force to slow up-shift.

OPTION 1 = TAS-03, TAS-03X TEAM Tied Secondary Springs - OEM clutches and 930951 and 930952 aftermarket clutches

OPTION 4 = TEAM Non-Tied Secondary Springs - 2009 RZR 800 (Late Build) /  2010 RZR 800, RZR-S 800 and Ranger XP Models. NOTE: Spring designed for the TEAM Tied Secondary Clutch will not work in this clutch!

NOTE: For 2007 700 & 800 Sportsmans: In 2007 there was a running change on the secondaries that require the use of a different spring. The kits for these two ATV’s will be supplied with 2 springs. Please refer to charts below to see which spring belongs in your clutch.

If the serial number on your secondary has 1322706 ,1322707,421351, or 421356 it requires the springs from OPTION 1!

If your clutch has 1322548 ,1322550,420932 or 930709 stamped on it use one of the springs from OPTION 3!
