Our 304 stainless steel header is simply one of the nicest exhaust parts you will ever see. It features CNC machined flanges, stepped diameter equal length primary tubes, and 2-into-1 merge collector to maximize overall power and performance. All joints are hand-prepped and sand rolled prior to the purge TIG welding process, so you get great looking welds and the smoothest surface possible inside of the tubes- just like our race car headers that have won hundreds of races across the country. You can expect up to a 10% gain in power when combined with one of our slip-on mufflers and a Power Commander fuel controller- check out our Stage 2 Exterminator Kit to get a complete performance package including the PC6 and Hypershift Clutch Kit for Wildcat X or 4X models. As with almost all of our parts, this header is 100% Made in the USA!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This header is a direct bolt-in for 2015-2019 models with the single inlet muffler, but will retrofit all 2012-2014 models when used in conjunction with a muffler made for the 2015-2019- a new exhaust donut to match the muffler is required, as well as a plug for the O2 sensor bung, and the updated 2015-2019 style water pump to radiator coolant hose is recommended for clearance on the 2012-2014 models. Our Heavy Duty Copper Exhaust Gaskets are highly recommended for all years and models as well- the stock gaskets start to block the exhaust port as they wear, significantly reducing performance over time.
