Speedwerx Spider Jam Nut Socket // 2010-2020 Arctic Cat Snowmobiles
Make sure you have the proper socket to remove the spider jam nut on your machine. If you don't, you can damage the spider nut and may have to purchase a complete new clutch! This 3/4" drive socket has a thin wall design to fit into the spider pocket and a special rounded hex to match the nut.
Applications:
- 2010-2020 Snowmobiles with Arctic Cat 6 Tower metric primary clutches with the jam nut hex size approx. 36mm or 1.42". Also used with our Polaris Spider Jam Nut pn SPX-P85-NUT.
NOTE: Does not fit TEAM clutches, or original clutches with standard hardware on 2009 and older models- these will have a jam nut size of approx. 1.44" or 1-7/16" and require AC pn 0644-138. The earlier standard clutches have been superseded by the metric clutch pn 0746-435 or equivalent, so newer service replacement clutches may require this socket as the standard socket will be too loose.
