The stock Xpedition machines are known for having an extreme amount of cab noise, and the clutching calibration requires a lot of throttle input and rpm to cruise at just about any speed. To take it a step further, we have set ups for all elevation ranges and we also have a non-ebs option that will take the clunk out of your machine when you stop and go, or when you go from forward to reverse.
The factory fix for the noise complaints in early 2024 was just heavier weights, but you can only add so much weight without changing any of the other tuning components before you create other issues. What makes our kit better is that we designed a new weight with more mellow profile that's heavier than stock, and then we also changed both springs and the helix to match- that give us the quietest and smoothest kit on the market.
