This kit is designed for the riders that want the smooth “ CADDY “ type ride. It has lower engagement compared to stock, 1600 vs 1800 rpm, is less jerky when driving off from a stop, has less clutch noise and weight chatter at lower rpms, and is smooth and a pleasure to drive.

This kit will make your Ranger 1000 XP run smoother and quieter. It engages at 1600 rpm which is 200 rpm lower than stock. This makes taking off and starting much smoother and more predictable. It takes less engine RPM to achieve the same speeds as stock, or it will cruse at a higher speed at the same rpm compared to stock. It makes cruising around on the trails much more enjoyable. If you want your Ranger XP 1000 to drive like a Cadilac this is the kit for you. Kit comes with our adjustable weights which come preset for your riding application, a new primary and secondary spring, nylon anti-friction shift washers, and one of our fully progressive billet aluminum helixes. All parts and kit are 100% made in the USA !

Available in EBS (same as stock) and Non-EBS if you want to get rid of the clunk you hear when starting from a stop. You will get a little bit of belt noise on deceleration with the Non-EBS version.
