Oil Sending Unit Adapter Fitting // 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000
This Oil Sending Unit Adapter Fitting is CNC-machined from 6061 Aluminum. It installs in place of the original hex socket plug on the mag side of the engine crankcase to allow installation of an aftermarket mechanical or electrical oil pressure and/or oil temperature gauge, or to add senders for a data logger. It comes with 4- 1/8” NPT holes- one on the end, and three on the circumference of the part. The three on the circumference are not drilled through so you can thread the adapter into the crankcase to identify which of three holes will line up best on your particular machine, then finish drilling that hole with a 1/8”-3/16” bit. Replaces plug pn 7052643, and is made to reuse the original sealing washer.
