Speedwerx Lightweight Kit
Lightweight and High Performance go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly. If you're serious about maximizing the performance of your machine, these parts are a must. All components have been designed and tested to meet Speedwerx standards for performance and reliability so they are perfectly suited for the weekend warrior, not just for racing applications!
Note: 2018+ kit pictured. Some components will also fit various 2012-2017 ProCross/ProClimb chassis models as noted below- see related products below to order individual items.
2018-2024 Lightweight Kit includes:
- Snow Flap Kit / Taillight removal (also allows for more room to grab the rear bumper, fits 2012-2024) - saves 1.95 lbs
- Aluminum Recoil Cup (fits 2018-2024 800 C-TEC2) - saves .33 lbs rotating
- Modified Driven Clutch Spider / Lightweight Spring Cup (fits 2016-2021 TEAM BOSS Clutch and 2022-2024 ADAPT Clutches) - saves .75-.85 lbs rotating
- Lightweight Helix (fits 2016-2021 TEAM BOSS and 2022-2024 ADAPT Clutches) - saves .10 lbs rotating
- Modified Chassis Spar Nut Inserts (used on our modified race sleds for many years, fits most 2012-2024) - saves .75 lbs
Additional stock parts to be removed:
- Primary Clutch Ring - saves 1.35 lbs rotating (all models)
- Front Track Shock Boot - saves .25 lbs (12-19 twin rail only)
- Idler Wheels and Mounts - saves 1.4 lbs (12-19 twin rail only)
- One Limiter Strap - saves .25 lbs (12-19 twin rail only)
Instructions for installation and additional parts to be removed are included.
Additional clutching calibration changes may be needed to compensate for the rotating weight loss.
Even more weight can be lost with Speedwerx Exhaust:
- Speedwerx Single Pipe Kit - saves 4.05 lbs
- Speedwerx L2 Series Muffler - saves 13.45 lbs
- Speedwerx Standard Muffler - saves 9.4 lbs
All of the components above will save you between 25.93 and 28.28 lbs total depending on the model, with 5.18 lbs rotating weight lost!
We also highly recommend the TKI CNCBelt Drive to save another 9.5 lbs, of which 2.5 lbs rotating weight! With all of the components above you will save you between 35.43 and 37.78 lbs total depending on the model, with 7.68 lbs rotating weight lost!
