CERAMIC COATING - SNOWMOBILE MUFFLER/SILENCER
This can be added as an option on any of our mufflers. If you wish to send us your muffler, we can have it coated as well- additional costs for blasting/surface prep and return shipping will apply. Call us for details.
The ceramic coating acts as a thermal barrier or heat shield for your pipe, headers, muffler or manifold. This thermal barrier or heat shield helps your performance by keeping the exhaust part hotter longer, while at the same time keeping the temperature consistent so your exhaust part produces the maximum horsepower all the time.
Not only does the ceramic coating look great, it also protects your parts from the severe conditions they get put through! It holds up longer than the stock paint and you no longer need to have the bulky heat shield installed on your pipe.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your pipe has extreme corrosion or excessive rusting, the ceramic coating may not completely fill the pitting. The coating will cover the pitting but you may still have some un-smooth surfaces.
