Billet Tensioner Block Kit // 2012-2026 ZR / F / XF / RIOT / M Models
This tensioner block kit replaces the stock cast block and 8mm bolt with a 6061 billet aluminum block and 3/8” bolt to improve durability for cross-country racing or aggressive trail and mountain riding.
Installation is pretty easy, you do need to do a small amount of grinding for the larger bolt to drop into the recessed area or channel of the axle, where the old smaller bolt used to contact it.
Replaces AC pn 3604-647 Track Adjuster as used on 2012-2018 models equipped with tri-hub axle or 2019-up with individual wheels- please verify your OEM pn if you are unsure or see illustrations for example fitments.
Applications: Most 2012-2026 Procross, ProClimb, Ascender twin rail, Blast, and Catalyst models including 2018+ ZR 6000 R XC race sleds.
Does not fit 2013 RR/TH, 500/600 Sno Pro, 2012-2017 ZR 6000 R XC, 2014-2024 ZR 6000 R SX, or Alpha One models.
