Speedwerx Billet Aluminum Clutch Cover // Polaris P-22 - Boost / 9R Models

These covers are not just for looks! They do look sweet but we built them with a purpose on top of that. These covers are stronger than stock and have features that help reduce flexing and fatigue over time.  Machined from 6061 billet aluminum and anodized for a great looking finish.

  • Added tower bushing material without sacrificing shift range (P-22 models will allow for more shifting range over stock)
  • Tighter tower bushing tolerance.
  • Additional support and webbing to tie clutch towers together and prevent flexing.
  • Some models are lighter than stock. (ADAPT and P-85 consumer models)
  • ADAPT models have increased material thickness and larger corner radiuses to strengthen failure prone areas.
  • 100% Made in the USA!

Update Aug 24: A revised cover (BCC-P22-X) specifically for VR1/Assault Boost models with Speedwerx Hypershift Clutch Kit is now available. This cover is only for these specific applications as they are machined to maintain full shift with the post shims included in our clutch kit. DO NOT use this version of the cover for any other applications.
