For those of you who want even more out of your 600 Sno Pro we have our 800cc big bore kit.
The 800 kit requires stock 700 cylinder cores and a stock 2003-2011 600 or 700 head core to start. We have stock cylinders and heads on hand ready to go if needed.
We start by boring, porting and re-plating your cylinders to our 800 specs and then we re-machine a stock cylinder head to accept our domes. We then send everything back to you with larger exhaust valves, pistons, wrist pin bearings and washers, our custom connecting rods, base gaskets and spark plug o-rings.
Kit produces 160+ HP and tons of torque with our Fat Daddy single pipe and bored carbs.
Kit is designed and intended to run on premium pump gas (91+ octane).
NOTE: Speedwerx has cores on hand ready for exchange. This means less down time and more ride time. We can also build your entire engine if needed- this includes tear down, new rod install and reassembly. Call our tech line for more details.
