700cc Big Bore Kit // Arctic Cat 650 H1
Whether you are just looking to clean-up a worn cylinder or if you are trying to get the most you can out of your Arctic Cat 650 H1, this big bore kit will work great for you. This kit is 100% bolt-on, no machining or case boring needed. Send us in your stock 650 cylinder and we will bore it to the 700 H1 spec and replate it, then send it back you with new base and head gaskets. You must also purchase a 700 H1 piston along with this kit!
NOTE: This kit includes the labor to bore and replate your cylinder, and the head and base gaskets only! You must purchase the 700 piston kit separately, a 650 piston will not work with this kit!
Exchange Program
Due to lack of core availability, we can no longer offer an exchange program. You will need to send us your stock cylinder to get bored and replated- lead time is typically 4-5 weeks. Please remove all studs, alignmnent dowels, and any other hardware from the cylinder before shipping to us you will need to keep them for reinstallation.
