Chaincase Performance Calibrations - ProCross/ProClimb Chassis

The following should be used as a guide only- not all combinations are suitable for all applications! Speeds are based on 12% overdrive. The gearing options below are those that allow acceptable chain tension. Any other combinations may not allow acceptable chain tension. Our Manual Chain Tensioner ACMCT may allow additional adjustment over the stock auto tensioner and is highly recommended for better durability in all applications.

Please refer to the parts diagram for your machine or open the chaincase to see what is installed on your machine before ordering.

NOTE: 2017 M 8000 Mountain Cat and all 2018+ M 6000/8000 Ascender platform models have a longer center distance and require a 96p chain with the stock 19-50 gearing.

- Sno Pro, Firecat, ZR, etc. - 7.5"

NOTE: Some Gear/Chain combinations may not be available, but are shown for comparison purposes. "NR" = Not Recommended
