Note:  2014+ 7000 models, and most 2016+ models use Borg-Warner Hyvo chain and sprockets- you cannot mix and match Rexnord/Link Belt/Silent and Borg-Warner/Hyvo Chains and Sprockets!  Models with OEM Rexnord Silent Chain and Sprockets may be switched to the stronger Borg Warner Hyvo Chain and Sprockets by installing the complete set. Please refer to the OEM parts diagram or open the chaincase to see what is installed on your machine before ordering- some models use the same chain and sprocket size top and bottom (ex. 13W Chain/13W Top/13W Bottom) and some may have an upsized chain and top sprocket (ex. 15W Chain/15W Top/13W Bottom).

2012-2015 2-Stroke Models
Use Rexnord sprockets and chain, width varies between models. The top sprocket has a 19T internal spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline.

2012-2015 1100/9000 4-Stroke Models
Use Rexnord sprockets and chain, width varies between models. The top sprocket has a 33T external spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline.

2016-2023 2-Stroke Models
Use 13 Wide Borg Warner sprockets and chain. The top sprocket has a 19T internal spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline. The 2018+ M / XF HC models use a new top sprocket with a larger spline for the hollow jackshaft.

2016 9000 4-Stroke Models
Use 13 Wide Borg Warner sprockets and chain on ZR and XF models, and 15 Wide Borg Warner top sprocket and chain with a 13 Wide bottom sprocket on M models. The top sprocket has a 33T external spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline.

2017-2023 9000 4-Stroke Models
Use 15 Wide Borg Warner top sprockets and chain, with a 13 Wide bottom sprocket. The top sprocket has a 33T external spline, but is different than the previous 4-Stroke models- for 2018, an oil hole was added so the chain will force oil into shaft to build an oil film to extend life of the bushing. The bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline, and is the same as previous models.

2014-2019 7000 4-Stroke Models
Use 13 Wide Borg Warner sprockets and chain. The top sprocket has a 33T external spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline.

2012-2015 Sno Pro 600 / ZR 6000 R Race Sled Models
Use 13 Wide Rexnord sprockets and chain. The top sprocket has a 19T internal spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline. Note: All models come with a slipper sprocket (called a TOS-ASSY in the parts manual) on the bottom.

2016-2023 ZR 6000 R Race Sled Models 
Use 13 Wide Borg Warner sprockets and chain. The top sprocket has a 19T internal spline and the bottom sprocket has a 34T internal spline. All models except the 2018 XC come with a slipper sprocket (called a TOS-ASSY in the parts manual) on the bottom. The 2018 models use a new top sprocket with a larger spline for the hollow jackshaft (same as 2018+ M/XF HC).
