Muffler Packing Material Kits

Now you can re-pack your Hot Seat Performance or Speedwerx mufflers! We sell the packing material in the correct amount needed to refresh your exhaust based on your exhaust type as outlined below. Checking the condition of the packing should be part of a periodic maintenance program, especially if you ride in a lot of water or mud. The packing prevents the exhaust heat from transferring directly to the outer shell of the muffler, so keeping the packing dry and clean helps to ensure your exhaust will last for years to come.

All Hot Seat Performance / Speedwerx, Inc. Aluminum or Stainless Steel Body ATV/UTV Mufflers with removable endcaps.

NOTE: It is important to get all of the provided packing material into the silencer when replacing it. Failure to do so can result in reduced packing life and increased sound levels.
